Hey, my name is Lena Lambertz, I am a designer, illustrator, art director and visual artist from Berlin. My work is centered around applied visual design and independent artistic projects.

As an art director, I’m responsible for the conception and design of campaigns, brand identities, and communication media. Working in interdisciplinary teams, I create experiences that stimulate thought, inspire action, and build connections.

As a visual designer, I’m passionate about form and its effectiveness: I actively design with a focus on sustainability, inclusion, and accessibility. I also engage with trends and technological developments and am constantly learning.

As an illustrator, I tell stories through images, visualize information and connections, and create sensitive visualizations even for difficult topics. Sometimes my illustrations are brought to life in animations.

As a visual artist, I’m interested in coincidences, movement, and change in the process. My work has been featured in numerous Exhibitions.

In 2024, I founded STUDIO HUMAN to focus on Design for Social Impact and to create independent and collaborative projects for a socially just, diverse, and sustainable society.

I am member of IDN – Intersectional Design Network, EDAD – Competence Network Design for All Germany and VG Bild Kunst.
